Done and dusted! The deal has been officially accepted. Having spend the last 2,5 hours in a small notairy office looking out on the new tramway practicing. The future owner has kept his promise and together with his whole clan of interestingly clothed male friends, we put our signature 86 times (!) down in a office that would fonction well as sauna in many countries.
The notaire took his time to explain all the important law things and we shook the future owner his hand and the deal was done!! That simple. Now he just needs to get the paperwork done within about 15 days and than we go to the next phase. Officially he can kick me out the Palace as of the 15th of January.
So, just wait and see...and buy another place, get it all shipped out and enjoy some holidays for Xmas. Nothing major...
