Being the owner of what is considered a state of the art, top of the range Swedish car. I should be proud and happy to be protected by Swedish car designers that fear that outside your car, the world is a bad place...
Frankly, they are right, driving fast through Nice, with your hands on the klaxon, shouting and if lucky getting to see typical French gestures of bienvenue. Generally down to one finger....
However, I really feel that this time those Blond Ikea chaps have pushed it too far!
Yesterday evening after a 30 minutes drive to Nice to find a parking space that is be able to welcome this Swedish Design Diesel Monster, I find one space.
Excellent, since the weather is still nice I had the windows open. When finally parked I closed both my windows by a simple command button and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Window Right moved back in his rubber housing but Window Left went half way and seemed to be scared to continue and than went down. Grrrrr, after having spend 10 minutes to open and close, switch of the engine, close it again, etc I was getting fed up. This problem has surfaced before and is linked to the Swedish Security Number 8, as being, the Anti Child Cut in Half Window Closer System.
A great invention but when not having kids hands to cut in half I prefer to just close it. THIS he didnt wanted! So forced to drive home to put it in the garage and go to visit the chaps at the dealership in the morning .... having driven 5 meters....the Security Systems decides to allow kids arms to be cut off and closes!
Thank God for Swedish Design. Bringing Window (Gates will love it) bugs to a car near you!
