It looks like I might be moving over to Italy to create a new pad that still benefits from lots of sun and good food! The city is Dolceacqua and it is a peaceful little town that is still owned by Italians but the people from Monaco, Ireland and Germany are trying hard to change this... Hopefully not too hard! Its only 40 minutes from Nice and quiet close to Monaco so for working its perfect and living...well the 7.000 m2 of land with olives trees and a small vineyard will be great to keep me busy. Thank God wifi is working on the terrace :)
It will be a big change but it all looks very promising. Although there are plenty of pitfalls that are still to be avoided but for now...Take a look at the place and start reserving that extra room. Its like easyJet, first come first served, koffie is klaar :)
